Chin Shin is a type of cold weather tolerant tea tree which originated from China one hundred years ago. This tea comes from TianFu, which has different taste from LiShan and DaYuLing. It has strong flower aroma and smooth furit taste. It can be brewed 5-7 times.
Brewing Instructions
tea leaves: 5g, Water: >90°C 150cc.
1st brew: 70 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-6th brew: 70-90 seconds
