Order and Return

When you order our products on line, which means you are agree with our order and return policies. If you do not agree with thesem policies, please write email to us: teawon.tw@gmail.com.

Eligibility to Purchase


To purchase, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and postal address. This site is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card or cheque by a bank acceptable to Teawon, whose applications are acceptable to Teawon and who have authorised Teawon or third party to process a charge or charges in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase.

Ordering

To order with us, you will automatically be asked for your details when you purchase on teawon.co.uk. Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge we received your order. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Teawon.

Out of stock items

Teawon will do its best to fulfil the order you placed. If the item you ordered became out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be asked whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon after placing your order.

Prices & Goods

All prices and offers remain valid as website from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be calculated and you will be charged accordingly.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the site whether or not that product has been sold; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

As you will understand, we accept no responsibility for delays in the postal system.

Payment


You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (a) any credit card information or bank information you supply is true, correct and complete, (b) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or bank, and (c) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Customers are subject to authorisation by their bank. If the bank issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to TeaWon, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Order processing

Note that your order will only be processed if your payment is successful. Successful payment means acceptance of your card by our payment partner and receipt by TeaWon of a payment notification by payment partner.

Order cancellation and Returns


In the interests of preserving hygiene, we can only accept returns for faulty goods and non-perishable items, in accordance with customer's statutory rights but unfortunately not for unwanted items.  If upon receipt you wish to return your goods, we ask that you notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving your order, following which you have 30 days to send your items back to us.

Where possible we will endeavor to offer an exchange on hardware items only but the cost of postage and the safe return of said item must be the responsibility of the purchaser. This can be done by email us on teawon.tw@gmail.com. All damages must be reported immediately. Please keep the broken item or provide photographic evidence of damage or we cannot accept responsibility for any claims made. Once we have received your returned items, we will provide a refund direct to your account or can provide a credit note or an exchange. If you wish to exchange your items for another product then we are happy to, provided it is of an equal value.


We require that you return the goods to us, new and unused, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or sign of usage.

The return postage cost will be at your charge. Refund of postage cost for exceptional circumstances remain at our discretion.
