Taiwanese Tea Eggs

Happy Easter Day 🐣 !
Do you have used tea leaves after brewing several times? Keep them and make tea leaf eggs! 
Ingredients: 
2 spoons of soy sauce
1 spoon of sugar or coke 
1 spoon of salt
3 pieces of star anise
Small cinnamon stick
Few orange peels
Few used tea leaves 🍃

1. Boil the eggs for 3 mins, then cool them down with cold water.
2. Use spoon to crack the eggs shell, which will allow the egg to absorb tea.
3. Put all the ingredients in 1000ml of room temperature water then cook it for 4 hours with a low temperature 
4. Enjoy your tea eggs
