Origin: Sun Link Sea(Shan Lin Xi), the southern Taiwan

Chin Shin is a type of cold weather tolerant tea tree which originated from China one hundred years ago. This tea comes from Sun Link Sea area (alt.1,600m). It is a smooth tea, providing ‘Shan Tou Qi’’(High mountain Qi) with natural sweet aftertaste and flower aroma. This tea can be brewed 5-7 times.

Brewing Instructions

tea leaves: 5g, Water: >90°C 150cc.

1st brew: 70 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-6th brew: 70-90 seconds
