Origin: Alishan, the birthplace of High Mountain tea in Taiwan
Chin Shin is a type of cold weather tolerant tea tree which originated from China one hundred years ago. This Chin Shin Black Oolong comes from Alishan and made by tea master with 30 years experience. It has sweet black tea taste along with light oolong fragrance. It tastes a bit like honey black tea. It is totally different taste from Sunlinksea black oolog. This tea can be brewed 5-7 times.
Brewing Instructions
tea leaves: 5g, Water: >90°C 150cc.
1st brew: 70 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-6th brew: 70-90 seconds
