Ali Shan Spring ChinShin (Green-Tip) Oolong is a premium, hand-picked tea with a light oxidation process that enhances its natural flavor. Originating from the birthplace of High Mountain Tea in Taiwan, Alishan, this tea comes from the Chin Shin tea tree, known for its cold weather tolerance and sweet aftertaste. Grown at an altitude of 1400-1700 meters in Zhang Shu Lake area , this smooth oolong tea provides ‘Shan Tou Qi’(High mountain Qi) and a natural sweetness that lingers on the palate. This tea has nice flower frangrance and sweet aftertaste.
