Shan is the original variety of Asaam variety and grows for 80 years. It has strong body but not bitter with fruity taste. It comes from Sun Moon Lake which is surrounded by mountains and has the best quality of water. This tea master won the champion medal with big leaves black tea.
Brewing Instructions
tea leaves: 5g, water: 80-90°C 150cc.
1st brew: 60 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-5th brew: 60-90 seconds
