Hong Yun is hybrid with Kimen tea tree and Indian kyang tea tree. It also called Tai Cha No. 21. The tea leaves shows dry and black colour. Tea liquour is bright black colour. The taste is fresh and light sweet. It is distinguished with flower and cirtic fragrance. It comes from Sun Moon Lake which is surrounded by mountains and has the best quality of water. This tea master won the champion medal with big leaves black tea.
Brewing Instructions
tea leaves: 5g, water: 80-90°C 150cc.
1st brew: 60 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-7th brew: 60-90 seconds
