This tea is made by the tea professional built in 1921 in PinLing, main Taipei area reservior with high quality of water.The WenShan area is located 400m above sea level with cool temperatures and high humidity. Pouchong is the most famous oolong tea in Northern Taiwan and means wrapped-paper, a historical way of preserving tea. It has twisted shape with jade green colour. The brew is green with distinct floral aroma. It is a light oolong tea and with prominent flower aroma. This tea won award in the 2026 New Taipei City Tea Competition.

tea leaves: 5g, Water: 80-90°C 150cc.
1st brew: 70 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-5th brew: 70-90 seconds
